"I must say, I've had the best experience with Black Cat Harley Davidson since I purchased my Harley from them five months ago. Recently I've been having an issue with a fuse blowing and Michael had it in the shop twice and he figured out the problem. He has the best personality, customer service and customer care. He is compassionate, very honest and trustworthy. I must say far is a service manager goes not only is he impeccable but he also works on the vehicles himself and cares enough to drive the vehicle after its fixed to make sure that the job is done correctly. Mike and his team definitely show compassion honesty and trustworthiness they are straight up honest he said that he was busy and asked to give him a few days to find a problem I gave them a few days and it took him less time than what he asked for that is a sign of a true manager leader also the sign of a true Quality control and quality inspection person as well. From day one Mike and his team as well as the whole dealership as a whole has made me feel very important and welcome and with this professionalism it deafly shows me that I have made the best choice by going to black cat Harley Davidson and using the Cole family in general. I can't say enough about how refreshing my purchase experience was at Black Cat. Doug B and I first talked on the phone Thursday morning and by early Thursday evening I had sent a deposit for my bike, a new 2018 Street Glide Special. Four days later when I arrived I found that they had given me a new Barracuda Gray bike with hundreds of dollar extras on it. Met the team Mike in parts, whizzed through Financing with John (you know how financing goes), I had none of that, and was out the door headed back to Maryland.
